Studio Movie Grill makes going out easy. Because we have the answer to the big question, "should we eat before or after the movie?" It's the prefect atmosphere for your one-stop great movie and fabulous meal.
At Studio Movie Grill, you get full food service, soft drink, beer, wine and
liquor menu available before and during the movie. Just purchase your ticket at the box office or right online. Reservations can be made for parties of 25 or more. Once you are seated in your comfortable individual leather chair that swivels, rolls, and tilts, servers will take your order like any restaurant. Your food will be brought to you inside the theater, usually before the movie starts, so you can enjoy your meal during the show. You will also be given a small coaster light. We don't want to disturb you during the feature, so the coaster light lets our staff know you want service and we are ready to take your order or get you a refill. Your check will be dropped 40 minutes before the movie ends and you can pay out at your convenience.

Welcome to the 11th century! Just beyond the great doors of our Hall of Arms awaits the celebration arena, the heart of each of Medieval Times' nine castles. The ivy-covered towers of Medieval Times' Dallas Castle add a bit of majesty to the Texas horizon. In regal fashion, this castle boasts nine tree-lined acres complete with a moat filled with schools of live Koi. The Dallas Castle, which opened in 1992, hosts 1,000 honored guests inside its arena for a royal feast, medieval games of skill and an authentic jousting tournament. Remember: The Wild West was tame compared to 11th century Spain.

Ad-Libs Improvisational Comedy Troupe has taken cutting edge, fast-paced humor to the next level. Since 1986, Ad-Libs has entertained and amazed crowds, at its own club in Dallas and across the country, with a unique blend of 100 percent improvisational comedy, audience participation and fast-paced competition.
What is improvisational comedy? Simply put, it is comedy without a script. Each Ad-Libs show is completely different, unrehearsed and performed for the first time. The comedy is fresh, energized and nothing like anything you've ever seen before. Ad-Libs bases its award-winning show on a series of improvisational skills, scenes and songs performed by two teams of professional comedians. The comedy's subject matter comes directly from the audience, creating interactive entertainment that allows the crowd to become part of the show and feed on the frenzied Mardi Gras atmosphere. The comedy is quick, clean and unforgettable.
One of the busiest comedy troupes in the country, Ad-Libs performs more than 300 shows a year at its own club in Dallas and tours nationally to colleges, businesses and special events. High in demand, Ad-Libs has created a loyal college and business following that has led the troupe to be consistently named "Best Comedy Troupe."
It's where many of today's stars were born and continue to shine. The World Famous Improv Comedy Showcase has been the career launching pad for dozens of the familiar faces of television and film. Before becoming a cast member on NBC's "Saturday Night Live", David Spade was a "local comedian" at the Improv, in Tempe, Arizona, hosting shows regularly. Improv alumni include Lily Tomlin, Robin Williams, Jonathan Winters, Adam Sandler, Jerry Seinfeld, Drew Carey and the list goes on. Today, the Improv continues to showcase performers well on their way to join the ranks of the Improv's famous veterans.
In an ever-changing entertainment industry, the Improv continues to maintain its position as America's Original Comedy Showcase. Hollywood's talent management and agencies, actors, comedians and performers consider the Improv the premiere venue for showcasing new talent. The Improv's reputation has also attracted a star-studded audience over the years. Some of the famous faces in the audience include John Travolta, David Ducovney, Will Smith, Jasmine Guy, Shaquille O'Neill and many more. With some of Hollywood's biggest stars lighting up our stage, The Improv is bound to attract some of the brightest stars through our doors!
Schools
The Dallas ISD is one of six districts nationwide to be selected by the Center for Reform of School Systems to participate in a two-year training program for school boards and superintendents. The training helps school district leaders forge a functional team ready to apply key lessons learned from major reform efforts at other school districts to boost student achievement.
